Abstract

<p style="text-align:justify">In this reserch, the relations between personol features of school administrators and their administative attitudes were searched. The data for this research were collected with an inventory which is based on Managerial Grid developed by Blake ve Mouton. The basic findings of the research show that school administrators give a little more importance to the task than they do to human relations.</p>
